The Panda Rabbit is a really cool mash-up of puppetry, stop-motion…and a giant panda suit. It’s the debut film of Randy D. Rosario and, if this film is any indication what he can do, he’s a filmmaker who is really worth keeping an eye on.

That was pretty awesome – and awesomely pretty. I love how the technology has evolved to allow independent artists to create works like this. We do similar shoots with our puppets on green screen – in my living room – and then merge them with CG backgrounds. The visual style of Rosario is stunning. Thanks for sharing this.
