The animated opening of in-the-works pilot The Big Magic Book looks promising.

The Big Magic Book (see previous post) is a pilot for a new children’s puppet series that’s been in the works for awhile. The amazing Nate Patcheco – an animator who also happens to be a very talented puppet builder – has been putting together the show’s title sequence and posted it on his blog today. There’s still very little actual footage from this project available, but if the puppetry lives up to Nate’s work and the excellent looking puppet characters built by Pasha Romanowski, The Big Magic Book may be something very special.
