Five “Evil Bert” G-cluster rockets prepare for blast-off.

So a what happens when a bunch of rocket enthusiasts get together and start pondering the aerodynamic qualities of Bert’s head? Why “Evil Bert” rocket races of course! These crazy guys hold semi-annual races with G-cluster rockets constructed using vintage Muppet puppets purchased on eBay.

There’s video available from Evil Bert rocket launches from 2002, 2004 and 2005. Best of all – if you’re handy with rockets – they provide instructions on how to build your own.
